be played on Typhoid Radio, contact me on the contact page. Fill out all the fields. In your message, tell me:
- A bit about your band
- What songs you'd like me to listen to
- What kind of license you have (please, make sure your music is podsafe)
Keep in mind that you are not
guaranteed play; if I like your music, I'll play it. If I do include you on the show,
please, encourage your friends to listen in; I'd like to build up my
listenership!
What kind of music do I like?
Much like pornography, I don't know how
to define it, but I know it when I see it. I do tend to prefer lo-fi
bands to polished studio wizardry, and I shy away from most of the
hardcore acts out there, though this is a case-by-case basis. If
it's creative, compelling, or interesting in any way, send it along!
If you are a writer, filmmaker, or
artist of any kind looking to get out there, contact me. I'm open to
doing interviews, playing audio readings of works, or doing reviews
on the show.
